Jeremy Kotin
Jeremy has directed pieces for Chase Ink, Netflix, Barneys New York, Samsung, H Stern featuring Katie Holmes, Mountain Dew, Mary Kay, Hellmann’s, Mazola, Philip Glass: The Glass Center.
As a producer, Jeremy premiered BETTER ANGELS: THE GOSPEL ACCORDING TO TAMMY at the Sundance Film Festival alongside Executive Producers Elton John and David Furnish. At Tribeca, Jeremy premiered HE WENT THAT WAY starring Jacob Elordi and Zachary Quinto.
As an editor, Jeremy premiered BLOOD STRIPE at the LA Film Festival and won the top Jury Prize for Best Narrative, and co-edited MONOGAMY which won Best NY Narrative at the Tribeca Film Fest. He has edited over a dozen pieces for Baz Luhrmann and his work on FOR THE LOVE OF MUSIC was awarded a Cannes Lion.
Jeremy's early career was in the music industry, producing and editing music videos for Dolly Parton, Carly Simon, Emmylou Harris, Jorge Drexler, Renee Fleming, and directing a live concert film for Gretchen Parlato, nominated for a 2015 Grammy.
Jeremy has taken special interest in working with non-profit organizations, including the Alzheimer’s Association, Dan Savage’s “It Gets Better” project, the John Theurer Cancer Center and most recently AIDS Foundation Chicago and CAMFED (for which he received an AVA Digital Award and two Hermes Awards).
